WORKING DESCRIPTION The machine is used for packing the concrete and other powdery material into valve-bags made of paper. It is placed by warehouses from which the material is forwarded into hamper of the balance by transporter. As soon as the bag is put on the pipe the machine automatically starts working . The bag's holder activates, the filling valve opens and the turbine presses back the material into the bags. When the desired quantity of the material is reached, the turbine's electro-motor stops, closes the valve and disconnects inflow of the material, the bag's holder lifts and the bag is thrown out on the transporter. This is how one cycle functions and ends up and the next one is started by placing the empty beg on the pipe. Pneumatics cylinders set in motion the valve, the bag's holder and the component which throw out the bag. During the work of the machine fluidization of the material with the compressed air is executed in the passing zone from turbine till pipe.

			MAIN CHARACTERISTICS - Semi-automatic dosing and flow scales for measuring powdery and granular materials from 0.5 kg to 50kg.
